Shipping

At Galerie Solis, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of your purchases. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-12 weeks. We offer various shipping options, with costs and delivery times depending on the selected method and destination.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. Most deliveries occur Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes, which may result in longer delivery times. When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you to finalize a delivery window.

It is important to ensure that the items you purchase will fit through entry points upon delivery. Galerie Solis will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit into your home. Please double-check measurements before ordering.

Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. A bill of lading will be provided and must be signed to confirm that the order has been inspected and approved. Any damage should be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns

All sales at Galerie Solis are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

If a situation arises where the furniture does not fit through your entry points upon delivery, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the returned item, pending approval from Galerie Solis. Additionally, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If a return is approved, the furniture must be in its original packaging. Returns will be reviewed and accepted at our discretion.

Please note that all items must be inspected upon delivery, and a bill of lading must be signed to confirm that the order has been inspected and approved. Any damage discovered must be noted on the bill of lading, and all damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
